Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We offer superfast delivery across India:

Delhi (NCR): Delivery within 24 hours
Other States: Delivery within 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
COD Available with an additional fee of ₹50–₹70.
Standard shipping fee (if applicable): ₹59–₹99.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Orders can be tracked using our courier partner’s tracking link.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please enter your shipping details carefully.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Wrong phone number
Unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts

Courier Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer is unreachable, the package may be returned to origin (RTO).

A wrong product
A missing item

Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos of the product and package.
